Girls Basketball
For past years, Girls have joined basketball either because they have a passion for it or are just trying it out. Last year, Some Girls did join the Girls’ basketball team, but no more than 11 girls. The Girls went to basketball practice every Monday through Thursday after school till 5:00 pm. A quote from Nala Scott “ stretch and improve my grades.”
Game Recaps
This past season, these girls fought hard to win the games. Sometimes, the score was close. Sadly, they lost most of their games but did win at least three against Galileo Middle School.
These Girls gave their best to win games, even though sometimes they weren’t able to quit if they wanted to. The girls went through rough times during games, wanting to win, but sadly, they didn’t.
Finishing off the season
This year, our team celebrated with spaghetti and desserts the atmosphere was filled with laughter and excitement as players and families enjoyed each other’s company. The coaches presented some players with a special reward, recognizing their hard work and dedication throughout the season
