School clubs are often a way of connecting with others and learning or doing things you are interested in. At JSAA, we have many different clubs that students may choose from. From Art Club to Switch Club, there is a wide selection. Many of our current clubs have a fair amount of members that enjoy their selected club and attend frequently. As Micke Konopka has stated, “Clubs are fun. It can inspire people to do things they’ve never done before. They can open their minds to try new things.”

Clubs are completely optional, but they are highly recommended. Even if you have joined a club and are actively in it, it is not mandatory for you to show up. They are fun and entertaining and a way to bond with new and old friends. Many of our clubs are led by teachers in their own classrooms and sometimes in other locations as well.
